Will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing boats and power sports equipment, including diagnosing issues using testing equipment and performing preventative maintenance. Must have experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, reading and interpreting boat manuals, and completing service reports and maintenance plans. Experience with engine diagnostics, parts sourcing, and customer communication is required. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and organizational skills are essential. Experience creating parts lists, handling equipment, and working in a fast-paced service environment is a plus.
